Hin Wai YEUNG sells apparel online from Hong Kong SAR. The store is published in English and prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description error has occurred, or where fraud is suspected. If we cancel, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices cover the item only; shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, and damaged or lost parcels are handled under our Return and refund policy.

6. Product information

We describe garments as accurately as we can, including fabric content and measurements. Small differences in colour, finish or print placement can occur between production batches and screens. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this store, including by attempting unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or using the store in breach of applicable law.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, but not for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
